Muslims Kill Muslims by Means of White People
At least 29 people were murdered and another 27 wounded in a terrorist attack in Baghdad this morning, eliciting a yawn of indifference, or maybe it was exasperation. It’s hard to tell nowadays.
The only thing we know for sure is that Islam wasn’t involved. Because there are no Islamic terrorists. Only terrorists motivated by hatred and other human foibles.
There are plenty of right-wing terrorists who’re motivated by politics and religion, but no Islamic terrorists. You got that! Because, religion can’t be about terrorism, except Christianity or Judaism, of course. Let’s not forget the Crusades. Sure, they were a thousand years ago, and sure, Muslims invaded and conquered the Holy Land first, but that wasn’t terrorism because Muslims can’t be terrorists. It was only terrorism when Christians tried to take back the Holy Land. You see how this works. Right?
I know, I know, a thousand years is a long time, but it seems like only yesterday. So, there’s not much difference between an alleged Islamic terrorist killing people in the here and now, who's not, I repeat, NOT, a Terrorist—and shit that happened a thousand years ago—especially if you keep bringing it up, again and again, and again. Then, it seems like only yesterday.
If that doesn’t work, remember, they’re only behaving badly because of us. “Us” being all Americans, or, at least, the White ones. It doesn’t matter if Muslims are killing Muslims. Because they’re not really Muslims, I mean, the killers aren’t…..Muslims, that is.
And, if it isn’t Americans who are guilty, well, it must be Israel, what’s the diff really.
If these arguments fail, there’s always COLONIALISM, which is so evil, it requires all caps when writing about it. Throw racism in there, and you’ve got a winning combo. I rest my case.
When you get right down to it, the headline should read like this: “White people kill Brown people by means of racism and colonialism.” Whether they pulled the trigger or set the bomb, or not, they’re guilty, by god. I mean, by the meaningless, random universe. Sorry, I almost got religious there for a second, and that would be a real sin.
So, that’s today’s news, same as yesterday's and tomorrow’s. Remember, you’re guilty, and that’s all you need to know.
