Is Barack Obama Our Most Successful President Ever?
President Obama may very well go down in history as one of the most successful presidents this country has ever had. As absurd as this seems on the surface, he has done exactly what he said he would do, he will have fundamentally transformed the country.
How did he do it?
There are three ways in which America's long term culture will be significantly altered. The first and possibly the most important is the radical redefining of the way that one sixth of the American economy works with Obama Care. The impact of the law will only really be felt over the next decade, long after president Obama has left office. The gradual creep of socialism will inevitably give way to a fully socialized system, similar to what we see with The Veterans Administration. The recent V.A. scandal is a good example of what can be expected, long waiting lists, layers of bureaucratic inefficiency, with veterans dying from denied or delayed care. It's not surprising that the media has simply ignored the story, they are just protecting their candidate, the man they put in office.
The second way that the president has fundamentally changed the country is through the centralization of our whole education system with Common Core. In that one move he will have rewritten American history for every generation that follows. No more “America The good” or “America The Great” not for our children. That will be replaced with “America The Racist” “America The Sexist” “America The Oppressor!” That will be the story told by teachers—and the indoctrination will begin in kindergarten, following all the way through higher education.
Over the last forty years it was primarily our Colleges that had been increasingly co-opted by the radical left. But, from this point forward, our whole education system will have been taken over—and the real history of this country will never be heard by it's citizens.
The third radical shift will be through immigration, which is already happening with the flood of young people coming from the third world. By essentially telling our Border Patrol to stand down, the flood- gate has been opened. At some point over the next two years expect the President to legalize millions of illegal immigrants by use of Executive Order. That could be as many as fifteen to twenty million people, which doesn't begin to address the current immigration crisis spilling over our borders.
Finally, with a growing welfare state driven increasingly by Obama Care, the economic burden will be enormous, as will the need for more taxes to pay for it all. Since Hispanics vote overwhelmingly for democrats, the naturalization of millions of new, primarily Hispanic immigrants, will likely hasten a change in culture, giving greater control to the Left in perpetuity. If, in the short term, democrats lose one or both houses and the presidency, in the long run, victory for the Left will almost certainly be assured. This is why president Obama can golf and appear to be disconnected from the process of governing. He's laid the foundation for change while no one was watching, the rest of the transformation is really just a few chess moves at the right moment.
None of these seismic changes in culture came about through the traditional process of public debate, thereby informing the public about what was happening—or, by working for some kind of bipartisan support. They were pushed through by offering Federal funds to the individual states as an incentive to pass these bills before anyone really knew what was in them. This was just as true of Common Core as it was Obama Care. States eager to get a piece of the tax payer funded pie simply took the candy and never asked questions. As far as the recent immigration crisis, it was consciously orchestrated and fueled by disinformation from both the media and the administration.
In the end, these events will change America for as far as the eye can see and the imagination can conceive. That is the intent, if you can't govern by traditional means, which president Obama has failed to do, then, by any means necessary, will be good enough. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise
